The owner is also a member of PACE & NAEYC,which are the leading organizations on promoting quality childhood development and education.

Our staff knows that the first three years of life are critical formative years for a child. 
Our staff is trained extensively in early childhood education, with a special emphasis on the ages zero to three. The training that our staff receives is through a program for infant, toddler caregivers, that is based on sound developmental research, theory and practice.  Each child will have a primary caregiver.
              
This program helps with building relationships with the child to help lay the foundation for the development of confidence and trust that is important at this stage.
